This includes people at every level within the business, from craftspeople & other site operatives, to office support staff, contract managers & company directors.

Training and Development

We undertake a greater proportion of our works with directly employed staff than many of our competitors, and believe that this provides us with a greater control over the quality of the building service that we provide. 

Our dedicated and qualified staff offer high-quality workmanship in key skills areas. All our site-based employees hold, or are working towards, formal trade qualifications.

J E Stacey is committed to improving competence in construction and operates the Construction Skills Certification Scheme and have attained their Platinum Award, having more than 90% of the workforce registered under the scheme.
