Training and Development
We undertake a greater proportion of our works with directly-employed staff than many of our competitors, and believe that this provides us with greater control over the quality of the building service that we provide.
Our dedicated and qualified staff offer high-quality workmanship in key skills areas. All our site-based employees hold, or are working towards, formal trade qualifications.
J E Stacey is committed to improving competence in construction and operates the Construction Skills Certification Scheme. We have attained the Platinum Award, having more than 90% of our workforce registered under the scheme.
Our directly-employed site supervisory staff and contracts managers
are SMSTS qualified.
